Disc Filter
1.Air Inlet/Exhaust:
The high-flow air inlet/exhaust valve significantly improves the backwashing effect. The float also has an indication function, and each unit is equipped with it, saving 40% water.
2.Low Backwashing Pressure:
Adopting diaphragm water pressure technology to compress discs, reducing the backwashing pressure to as low as 1.2 bar, saving 20% energy.
3.Air buoyancy check valve technology:
Adopting plastic check valve design,no metal or rubber parts in contact with water,avoid rubber aging and metal corrosion and other safety risks, especially suitable for brackish water and sea water filtration.
4.Self-locking sealing technology :
The filter adopts a self-locking buckle combined with a specially designed sealing ring, making installation fast and maintenance easy.
