Application of Disc Filter in ion exchange pretreatment

Ion exchange is a water treatment method that removes harmful ions from water,such as calcium and magnesium. The Disc filter can be used for pre-filtration,resin capture, and salt system filtration.

In industrial water, cooling circulating water accounts for 70-80% of total water consumption.The cooling water system has a large amount of water and it's difficult to treat. However,the operating water temperature is low, so the water quality requirements are lower than the boiler water.

Stager controller and Multi-valve system

The Stager controller and multi-valve control system are developed for softening,filtering and De-Ionizer,the whole multi-valve system can be controlled by one Stager controller. It is a perfect diaphragm valve control mechanism. Can be actuated with either water or air as control source. It achieves a variety of water treatment process with wide application range.
